AWC Basic 2+2 is a control unit suitable for the management of cleaning cycles of Alfa Water Srl automatic filters. It’s possible to connect to it up to two automatic filters.
AWC Basic 2+2 has a watertight ABS case with compact dimensions, including a 1×24 digit graphic display and a 5-buttons membrane keypad for navigating through the menus.
AWC Basic 2+2 is supplied with 1.5 meters of cable with Schuko plug and a fast 2A fuse, suitable for most of the electrical motors used in Alfa Water Srl automatic filters.

AWP-X-1MM/1MT is a control panel suitable for the management of cleaning cycles of Alfa Water Srl automatic filters.
AWP-X-1MM/1MT has a SMC (fiberglass) RAL 7035 case, including a 3.4″ digit display and a 26-buttons membrane keypad for navigating through the menus.
To manage the operating of the self-cleaning filter, a programmable logic controller with integrated graphic interface (PLC / HMI all-in-one) is used.
AWP-X-1MM/1MT control system is used where an automation panel with an emergency button, door locking switch and electromechanical components such as motor protection and contactors is required.

By default, the electrical panel provides the following input signals to the terminal block, all of which can be enabled from the operator panel:
START | By closing and releasing this contact, if the controller is in the status of Ready2Start or in the Stand-By state, it goes to the Operate state |
STOP | When this contact is opened, if the controller is in the Operate state, it goes to the Stand-By state during which all the functionalities are freezed, while if it is in Stand-By state and kept open for 5 seconds the system is reset entering the Ready2Start state. |
RESET | By closing and releasing this contact, if the controller has a functional alarm (not a thermal trip), it is reset. |
DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SWITCH | By closing and releasing this contact after a time set by panel, the filter enters the washing state. |
COMPRESSED AIR PRESSURE SWITCH | When this contact is opened, the compressed air circuit pressure alarm is signaled. |
WATER INLET FLOW SWITCH | When this contact is opened, the filter does not enter into cleaning, waiting for the liquid to be filtered to start flowing again. |
The control panel is equipped with 4 NO/NC free contacts for signaling the operating status to supervisory systems at a higher level or to systems upstream of the filter. The available signals are:
- GENERAL ALARM
- POWER OFF
- RUNNING
- CLEANING
The control panel provides the possibility to be connected, with a two-wire cable via RS485 (maximum connection length 1200m), to external devices communicating with standard Modbus RTU protocol.
By default it is produced with the following factory settings:
- Mode: Slave
- Address of Station 1
- Baud Rate 19200 bps
- Data bit 8-bit
- Parity Even
- Bit Stop 1-bit
AWP-X-nMM/nMT
AWP-X-1MM/1MT is a control panel suitable for the management of cleaning cycles of Alfa Water Srl automatic filters.
AWP-X-1MM/1MT has a SMC (fiberglass) RAL 7035 case, including a 3.4″ digit display and a 26-buttons membrane keypad for navigating through the menus.
With the letter “n” we indicate the number of managed filters.
Alfa Water srl is able to design and realize control panels suitable for controlling and managing entire relatively complex structured filtration systems. The control panel is the same that is used in the AWP-X-1MM/1MT panel with the addition of the necessary expansion I/O modules.
AWP-E-BxN Mod
AWP-E-BxN Mod is a control panel suitable for industrial use for structurally complex systems.
The letter “B” indicates the number of blocks, the letter “N” the number of filters for each block and with “Mod” indicates the model of the filters present in the project.
In this type of control panel a fully engineered PLC is used and produced in Italy.
